US only

Built for US companies with 30+ staff and 3+ years of records

Your old emails might be worth licensing, if they show how your team actually works.

Companies training AI don't want your client list. They want the trail of decisions behind the work: the ticket, the Slack thread, the fix. Take the 60-second check to see if your records qualify.

6 questions. 60 seconds. Worst case, you find out you don't. No offer is guaranteed.

The deal

We do the heavy lifting. You make every call.

We find what's worth licensing

We map what you own. Client-owned data stays out.

We write the pitch

A manifest built to make buyers bid. Not a form.

We get buyers competing

More bidders, better offers. Not one take-it-or-leave-it number.

We negotiate

We fight for your terms and stay with you through to payment.

You say yes or no

Every buyer. Every offer. Your call.

We only get paid if you do.

A success fee comes out after a buyer pays you, never before.

Upfront cost: $0. Your time: about an hour.

Wait. Someone would pay to learn from our old emails?

Yes. Companies training AI license records that show how real businesses make decisions. Take the 60-second check to see if yours qualify. No files shared, and it costs nothing to find out.

Why your records matter

They're not buying your data. They're buying how the work gets done.

The internet shows finished answers. Your records show how the work actually got done. That's the part companies training AI can't get anywhere else.

What has value

  • Decision trees

How your team decides what happens next on a case.

  • Workflows

The steps work moves through, from request to done.

  • Trade-offs

Why one option was chosen over another.

  • Corrections

Where something went wrong and how it was put right.

  • Outcomes

How the work turned out in the end.

What they don't need

  • Personal information
  • Client names and client lists
  • Deal terms
  • Financials
  • Credentials and passwords

You already built the playbook. Find out who'd license it.

Your side of the work

About an hour. That's it.

  1. 1

    30 minutes

One call. We learn how your company runs.

  2. 2

    30 - 40 minutes

The manifest. It's a list, and our engineer helps.

  3. 3

    Later, with help

The approved export. Buyers often help here too.

  • No IT team
  • No passwords
  • No system access
  • Nobody on your team gets a call

Messy records? Normal. History matters more than tidiness.

How it works

Four steps. You control every one.

  1. 01

    Check, 60 seconds

    Six questions. No files.

  2. 02

    Call, 30 minutes

We learn how your company runs. You share nothing.

  3. 03

    Buyers bid

They see an anonymous profile. Not your data.

  4. 04

    You decide

Take it, negotiate or walk. Your counsel reviews. You sign direct and get paid direct.

Why not go direct?

Go direct, get their price. Go with us, get competition.

Questions

You're thinking it. Here's the answer.

Is this a real market?

Yes. Companies training AI have run short of public data and now license real business records. Nothing moves without your written approval, you can turn down any offer, and we're only paid if you are.

Who are the buyers?

Established, vetted buyers. Names stay confidential until you're looking at a real offer. You approve every one.

What's your cut?

Nothing upfront. A sliding success fee per license, from 8% to 20% depending on deal size, paid only after the buyer's money reaches your account. The exact fee is in writing before you sign anything. Think of an agent selling your house.

What if the offer's bad?

Say no. No fee. No contract.

Do you see my files?

Never. Buyers see an anonymous profile first. Only an approved, scoped extract goes from you straight to the buyer.

My client contracts don't allow this.

Then that data stays out. We check rights before anything is marketed, and your counsel confirms.

My staff never signed up for this.

Names get removed or replaced. Nobody gets contacted. Notice or consent is a question for your counsel.

Am I training the AI that replaces me?

It's getting trained either way. This way you're paid for your expertise, on your terms, and your company stays anonymous.

Will competitors see my stuff?

Not unless you approve the buyer. Leave out pricing and client lists. Licenses restrict reverse engineering.

Is it exclusive?

We push for non-exclusive. If a buyer wants exclusivity, we price it in. Never free.

Can I back out?

Anytime before you sign. After you sign, the license runs its term, then raw copies get deleted with certification.

Is anything guaranteed?

No. Buyers set offers after seeing your manifest. The check is a guide, not a valuation or an offer.

Two outcomes. You qualify or you don't.

Either way, you know in 60 seconds. It costs nothing to find out.

A guide, not a valuation or an offer. No offer or payment is guaranteed.
